unable to download on one computer but can on another

I tried to reset bank download and response is its not your fault. this has been occurring for over 2 weeks. I am having to do this manually

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, but I am sorry that you are having difficulties downloading transactions. To better assist you I do need a few more details. 
    For instance, what connection method are you using? Are you getting any error codes, if so what are they? Also what financial institution are you working with? 

    To find the connection method being used you can select: Tools >Account list >Edit account details >Online Services

    Once these details are provided then we can move forward with diagnosing the issue.
