how to transfer transactions from Quickbooks to Quicken?

Anyone know how to transfer transactions from quickbooks to quicken? not accounts payable, inventory or anything like that, just transactions.

Sorry, It is not possible to convert QuickBooks data to Quicken. It is only possible to convert Quicken data to QuickBooks.

Hard to imagine its just not possible. Can a utility be written? Is it difficult? What if a bunch of users and potential users showed interest, somehow?
