Starter 2010 register memo disappeared

After reinstalling Quicken Starter 2010 to my new computer, I copied over the data files and now the memo column does not show up in the register display. The box is checked in preferences. I can search by memo and it goes to the transaction but the memo column still doesn't show.

    After installing Q 2010 on your new computer, did you also install all the available bug fixes (patch files) available for Q 2010? If not, please do so.

    Old Quicken Patch downloads 2000+

    When running an old, unsupported Quicken for Windows version you may no longer be able to download bug fixes (patch files) directly from Quicken.
    However, until further notice they are still available here:

    Canadian version: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quicken-patches-canadian.html
    If clicking on Help / About Quicken does not show the highest Release number available for your version (year), as shown on this webpage, download and install the appropriate file(s) from the link above. Save those downloaded files on external storage media, for future reference.
