After installing R34.19 one step update does not finish even after 30 minutes

can not quit quicken as i get the message "A One step update is in progress, please wait until it finishes"'

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the OSU. I'm wondering what exactly is causing the issue. Are you able to update accounts individually? You can try by going to one of the account registers then in the top right of the register clicking the gear. From there click update now and see if you're able to get the account updated.

    Once you're able to try this step let us know the result. From there we'll continue troubleshooting to figure out what is causing the issue.
