    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you it would be beneficial to have a screenshot of the issue. Also, could you please elaborate on what you mean by the rental reminder template? Is it a template for receiving/making payments? 

    Once more details are provided we can move forward to diagnosing the issue at hand.
