    There are no email settings in Quicken Subscription. Quicken now uses their own SMTP server to send email. What happens exactly when your try to email an invoice? Is your Quicken ID a Yahoo email address by any chance? Also, what is the exact version of Quicken that you're using? Help --> About Quicken

    When I try email an invoice, the window comes up that says it sent, but the sent folder never has it and nobody receives the email. My quicken ID is my phone company address.

    First, Quicken no longer uses a local email client so there would not be a copy in the Sent folder. You have to check the box to "Send me a copy".

    Second, your Quicken ID is an email address. I've seen problems of not sending invoices using a Yahoo email address as your Quicken ID. Also, Quicken invoices are sent as HTML which might cause the invoice to be put in a SPAM or Junk mail.
