How Do You Delete a Blank Transaction

I have a blank transaction that has appeared in my checking account register that I cannot modify or delete. It appears in the register at the end of the last valid transaction and before a new transaction with the date filled completed.

That is not a blank transaction. That is just ready for your next manually entered transaction, with today's date filled out, assuming that is the date you will be using. Right?

It is not the next transaction- it is a blank one before it.
