Need to update 2012 Quicken Rental Property Manager to what version?

A new version does not seem to be available. Which program should I update to? Needs to have the tag function.

    If you are referring to Quicken Subscription/the latest Quicken, you want "Home & Business" it includes rental property features.  They decided just to get rid of the separation between Home & Business and Rental Property Manager.
