Last Successful Windows Update R32.12 (April 2021)

I have not been able to install any Windows updates to Quicken since R32.12. Is there a way forward to get to R33.24 which will not install?

I keep getting the message:

The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData \Quicken\lnet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w5195 \base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process.

Any suggestions??

Have you tried installing the MONDO patch from here:
