    Followed the steps in the support article several time. No Luck. The error continues. Additional info- When I complete the steps in the article my Accounts balances change to some off the wall numbers. I have tried deleting all Back Up Data and started with a fresh one, again No Luck.

    As stated at the bottom of the support article for error CC-800, if the troubleshooting instructions fail to resolve the error, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files in order to further investigate the error, and will likely be required to file an escalation if they see fit.

    By any chance, have you Restored a Quicken Data File?

    This problem only affects Express Web Connect Accounts.

    You need to Deactvate all affects Accounts, first.

    Then Set Up Now, from within Account Overview. Be sure to link to the same existing Account Registers.

    Once completed, you will be back up and running again.

    I know, cause I had to do it, myself.
