one day my backup to cloud quit working. Says I can not access cloud account.

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I will need more information.
For instance, are you referring to the Quicken cloud or another specific cloud-based service? Are you getting any error codes or other messages? Where are your primary data sets located? What version of Quicken are you using?
To find the latest version of Quicken being used select Help (top right corner) >About Quicken.
Once more information is provided we can move forward with diagnosing the issue at hand.
