Thank you for posting in the Community today, though I’m sorry for the confusion with your IB account.
A search of previous user experience is that you will need to enter the QueryID as a password and the token as a username, discussed in these comments.
One Step Update will most likely require the same credentials that were used in the initial set up. Try entering what was initially used and if that does not seem to be what the financial institution requires, then try one of the other options. (IB password, QueryID or the token).
