Quicken Classic for Mac
Paying Bills, eBills & Scheduled Transactions (Mac)
Scheduled transaction series with ending [i.e. car payments, school loans, etc]
DuQuoi
How do we create a series of scheduled transactions that have an ending date - for example car payments and school loan repayments and installment payments for a purchase - so specifically how to create the ENDING of a series?

When setting up a scheduled transaction ...
Do you see the little triangle next to "On the ..."?
Click it to open the hidden options and set "End on date" or "End after xx ..."
Being a Quicken for Windows user myself, I would hope that setting up a loan account in Quicken Mac would allow you to set up a scheduled transaction as part of the process, with correct splits for principal and interest and a proper End Date. That's something you'll have to look into yourself.
