Can't open Quicken after updating to V34.20

Updated to V34.20 from 34.16. Dig everything expected before updating. Now Quicken fails to open register with any accounts. Says: "Couldn't load Categories" error. Now what?

    Reloaded Quicken from Quicken.com, still getting "Can not set up categories" error

    After turning PC off all night then back on this AM. 34.20 is working with my categories again. All is good. Thanks to whomever!
