Why do we have to restart Quicken in order to scan a document
Bbman
I find that if, after performing any function, I want to scan a document to a previous register entry that I must close quicken and restart in order to get the scan to work. Otherwise the printer appears to be scanning but not transfer takes place. Using windows 10 and an HP Envy 6055 printer with latest quicken update

Hello
@Bbman
,
Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. Based on the information provided I would recommend validating your file and checking the box to reset Quicken printer settings. A visual example is below.
To validate your file select File >Validate and Repair File.
Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
