The process cannot access the file
'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w349\base\bagent.exe'
because it is being used by another process

You are receiving that message, because you are using Scheduled Updates. And it is in memory.

Either turn off Schedule Updates in Quicken or use Windows Task Manager to End Task for BAGENT.exe in memory, then update.

the newest update 35.23 is again unable to install due to the same "bagent" issue. as above with 34.19. My scheduled updates is turned off. This adds aggravation to the updating process and should be able to be programmed out of the updating process. Please respond on how to proceed.

    Somehow, something is wrong!!!

Read the procedure, first, then perform the procedure.

Or, you could manually clean the temp folders and run CCleaner Free. See if cleaning the computer will help you, before using the procedure by using QCleanUi.exe.

    Okay?
