My synching is still messing up. What can I do?

I have been using Quicken since 1988. Around the beginning of June, The synching went crazy.

I have updated everything to the latest version of Quicken on both my computers, and nothing has worked when I synch.

This morning it listed once again a charge to a credit card under my bank account, not as a transfer but as directly paid by my bank.

Thank God I have never synched my laptop, so I am able to enter data there manually so that its balances reflect those of my credit cards and bank.
