Add account in debt reduction

I was happily adding accounts when this option went away. How do I get it back?

Quicken only allows us to include accounts with a negative ending balance.

Yes but I have accounts to add that have negative balances and there’s no “add account” button anymore

There is no "add account" button.  The loan and credit card accounts with negative ending balances not already included in the plan should appear in the OTHER DEBT ACCOUNTS column.  To add an account to the plan, place the mouse cursor over the account name and select Include when it appears just to the left of the account name.  If you haven't already, you may want to review Help documentation on the topic: https://help.quicken.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=3216814
