I cannot upgrade Quicken

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am unable to upgrade my membership either through the app or on the web. I can log into my account but when I hover my cursor over the "Current Plan" button or the "Upgrade" buttons I get a red circle with a line through it.
Does anyone know what is the problem?

Starter --> Deluxe --> Premier --> H&Bor "renewal" to extend your membership expiration ?Where are you trying this "log into my account" -
the Quicken.com website - or Quicken desktop software, Quicken Mobile App, or Quicken on the Web...Let us know how things get resolved.
