When will the CC-501 error with Wells Fargo Bank be fixed?

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
Quicken says this error was fixed on 7/9/21, however while my credit card account updates, I still can't add my checking account without experiencing a CC-501 error. If I create a new test file, I can add all my accounts. I noticed that the downloading icon for the test accounts is a large green arrow, but the downloading icon for my existing accounts is a gear with a small green arrow. Makes me wonder if there are differences in software between a new file accounts and existing file accounts.
