When I use it, it come up with some account I've never set. Asking about my bank and with an incorrect userid that I cannot change. My accounts individually are set and work well but why does the circle arrow thing have the info wrong?

Hello @Timothy Brooks,
Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. The circle with the arrow is known as the One Step Update feature. If there are accounts that you do not want to update (or use) then you can disconnect them from the online services.
For instructions on deactivating an account click here. While I cannot give you a specific answer as to why it has the wrong information, you do have the ability to correct it. You can edit the account itself from the general tab. This allows you to change the name of the account, your username/ID, and any other information.
Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
