Reconciliation not working

Since February I have a credit card account that won't reconcile to the online balance - I keep getting a message "There are no uncleared transactions". However there are uncleared transactions. Any ideas on how to get the account to reconcile to the online balance?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with reconciling. I was taking a look at some other posts to see if other users were able to get the issue resolved. It looks like someone had this issue back in a similar time frame you may have had it back in March. I'd recommend taking a look at the thread to see if the same information may work for you. I'll leave the thread down below.
