transaction downloads fail this week

Beginning when the new transaction download screen appeared this week, the one-step transaction download fails to work. There is no error message. Just no transactions. The download action communicates with 3 major banking institutions so I know it is not the bank's server problem. Im using Windows Quicken 2017. Is anyone else having this problem. Started this week or last weekend. Thanks

    huh - what version are you actually running ..... Help --> About Quicken ?
    The Quicken 2017 download feature should have stopped working last year with the Quicken 3 year "sunset" policy -
