    What brokerage?
    What Q product are you running, what BUILD of that product, and what's your "Membership valid thru" date?  This info can be found at HELP, About Quicken.
    Also, when did you last download into these accounts?  This is displayed at the top of the account register ... immediately under the account name.

    Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Business & Personal
