Projected Balance is incorrect after updating Bills

Projected Balance is Ok UNTIL updating bills. Even though there are no online billers in place, updating bills (either through One Step Update or Update All on the Bills & Income Tab, sub tab: Bills, Income & Transfers) introduces an error in the Projected Balance. The error gets worse each time Bills are updated.
Running Validate and Repair Files finds a damaged scheduled reminder. Projected Balance is Ok again UNTIL Bills are Updated.
Evidence of this error in Projected Balance which is caused every time bills are updated is attached.
Super validate does not find any errors.
So the only way I've found to NOT have errors get introduced into the Projected Balance is to either never update Bills, or to immediately run Validate and Repair after each time Bills are Updated. Seems like a bug in the Bills Update process?
