Why am I getting an error message when trying to install update R34.24 (last update was R32.12)

R34.24 update error message being received is the following: The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w1614\base\ScreenShare\Quicken.Screenshare.exe' because it is being used by another process.

    Apparently some other users have received this error message recently.  Please see this message thread - LINK

    The suggested fix for this issue will require you to download and install the Mondo Patch, which seems to have worked for other users. Here's the LINK to the Mondo Patch.
