The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w1965\base\RPMMigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process

This happened on the last update Quicken tried to install and there was a patch to fix it, but it is happening again.

Did the Mondo patch last time and this time, both worked but don't have any faith it will not happen again.

Clearly Quicken Inc is having problems with the anti-virus software wanting to block their updates.  They have certainly taken steps to try to fix this, but it seems that it isn't an easy problem to fix.  No wonder with all the different anti-virus software out there, and the fact that a lot of what these programs do is "guess" and pattern match instead of really knowing if something is a virus or not.
