Situation: Both Quicken 2016 and Quicken 2017 can read and edit the Quicken Subscription Data File, so I would keep the Quicken 2016 Installer. its last Mondo Patch File. See this procedure: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions

An older version of Quicken, does not need to be installed to upgrade. It is better, if it isn't. Also delete all log files, hence my reason to Report a Problem, if that version, has that option.
