Two separate logins with Edward Jones, one never works Quicken for Mac

I have to two separate accounts with Edward Jones brokerage.
Every "one step update", one account always asks for the password entry every time, then results in "Download error 15500" "The user cannot sign in because the user ID or password is invalid"
THE USER ID AND PASSWORD ARE CORRECT AND VALID.
Any ideas?
