Password for online center

Question

Unable to download transactions from banking accounts because the online center keeps asking me for password. I enter the CORRECT passwords but still get the message to enter passwords.

Does your password have any special chars - and how long is it ?Sometimes the bank online website will allow you to login - guessing you can log into the bank website - 
but that same password "attributes" has not been shared with Quicken - which might be more restrictive in OSU.

I do not understand what backups have to do with my problem. I backup manually after every use.
