Problem with Quicken Bill Manager & loanDepot

So I have a Love/hate relationship with the Bill manager tools in quicken. I love it when it has worked but now more often then not it has become so unreliable that I'm loving to hate it!!!

Previously I have been able to make loan payments directly from Quicken to LoanDepot.
However last month the payment failed and it was suggested that I remove and re-add the online biller, which I did.

when adding the biller back to quicken the login screen is now asking for email address/password (where as before it was asking for userid/Password).

The login process returns an Authentication Failed error and reports:
"Invalid username or password, please try again.

I have tried both my original loandepot account as well as email .. both fail from quicken but work on the loandepot web portal.

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. I have taken a look at your biller profile and sent a bug report. There is no exact ETA for a fix but most issues are resolved in about 48 hours. Additionally, I was able to do some research and found that LoanDepot has switched online providers. Due to this, it was required to create a new online account. Were you able to create one? If you have not I would recommend creating a new one or reaching out to your biller for assistance. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
