We do not add accounts to the Password Vault. The credentials for a sign-in account will be added to the Password Vault when we setup Online Services using the Direct Connect connection method for an account register. things went from bad to worse. I could not sign in to Quicken using my password that I had been using, so Quicken had me reset my password and now it say I never paid for the program. I have already given them my password0
