Bank of America download does not work

I have not been able to import transactions from my Bank of America credit card since Dec. 2020. I thought it was because I had not paid for a subscription, but it still does not work. I can successfully import from other credit cards: VISA and Citibank.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues,  Are you getting any error codes?  Can you tell us what happens when you try to download?
