How do I know if my Qdata backups are corrupt?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭
If my backup files have been validated and super validated, and run fine on my PC using Manual Web connect and there have been no problems, can I assume that they are not corrupt to use as a Restore copy?
