Prep for going from Web connect to Express web connect?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭
Is there a procedure for switching from Manual web connect to moving to Express Web connect? I've tried doing this but I end up with a problems in my register with missing transactions. QWin, Deluxe, Sync turned off.
