New USAA Update Problem

When I try to update my USAA accounts, I enter the password as usual, but now a SECOND dialogue box opens, asking for my password (again?). There is no place to enter the password in this second box, and no way to click on anything to make any progress.
Accounts at other institutions are working fine.
Help?

    What is the connection type used for the account?  (You can see it in the top of the account, Direct Connect or Express Web Connect)

    I'm betting that it is setup for Express Web Connect which has a long history of having problems.  Direct Connect isn't working that great any more at USAA either, but at least I'm not seeing anything like you are describing.

    I ended up just deactivating/reactivating and I'm back in business. <shrug> (direct connect)
