log in to vanguard

I log in to Vanguard from my browser fine, but Quicken says the password is wrong. I updated the password and it still doesn't accept it.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Vanguard. I'm wondering here if we might need to activate downloads on vanguards side potentially. I would recommend double checking The Vanguard website to see if there might be any setting that allows third party access or might specifically allow us to connect to Quicken, This should be a good first step to trying to get the account connected to your Quicken.
Once you get a chance to try this step, please let us know what you find. From there we'll better understand our next steps/options.
