to hear that you are experiencing issues with Vanguard. I'm wondering here if we might need to activate downloads on vanguards side potentially. I would recommend double checking The Vanguard website to see if there might be any setting that allows third party access or might specifically allow us to connect to Quicken, This should be a good first step to trying to get the account connected to your Quicken.
