Variable date for auto deposits and debits

As opposed to a fixed date for auto credits and debits, how about creating an option for a variable day during the month, (i.e.) the 4th Wednesday of the month.
That's the day of the month I receive my Social Security benefit and I'm certain there are many other examples. Thanks.
