Quicken does not open before checking for updates

On Start-up, Quicken Program Update window declares triumphantly that "Quicken is currently up-to-date." The only action available is a button "Close." How about including the option to "Run Quicken" at this point? Just another example of what a slog it can be running this program.

Download and install the latest Mondo Patch file applicable to your version of Quicken from Something appears to have gone wrong during installation of the last patch update.
