Update to Quicken (08/14/21) hung. Now Quicken will not run correctly. Ideas?

Launched Quicken today and it said there was an update. Update ran for 15 minutes, but didn't move. Had to reboot to get control of my PC. Now, Quicken will not run properly. How can I get this cleared up?

I would suggest reinstalling Quicken. Go to quicken.com and navigate to Sign in and download the installer from the Access you Apps section.
