Bill disappeared and another bill won't update

I have a linked bill (Alliant Energy) that disappeared. It no longer shows up in my listing of bill reminders. I also have another bill (MidAmerican Energy) that won't update. It shows at the bottom of the list as "Awaiting next bill" but the next bill is available - the PDF shows up in the bill details. I've done the "Refresh bill", but that doesn't do anything. Any ideas on what is happening and how to fix these?

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. I would recommend attempting to validate the online biller and see if that pulls in the current bill (MidAmerican Energy). In regards to the missing bill, have you tried adding it again? If so, does it give you any error messages/codes? 

    To validate on online biller select Bills & Income >Settings (gear icon, top right) >Review and Repair >Review and Repair Online billers. A visual example is below.
