One Step Update

I am suddenly unable to perform a One Step Update or individual account update. It is requesting that I re-enter BOA and two other institution passwords. I do so and it still requests passwords, but with a blank list. I am operating Windows 10 64 bit with Quicken Version R34.24, Build 27.1.34.24. I have Validated. I have rebooted. Any other suggestions?

Hello @msf107,
Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, what financial institution(s) are you using apart from BOA? Do you get any error codes? Is this also occurring in a backup?
Once more information is provided we can move towards diagnosing the issue.
Additionally, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your Quicken. Make sure you save a backup first just in case. For instructions on uninstalling and reinstalling, please click here.
