    I have the same problem with the Windows version and the Citizens NE Account, Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    My best recommendation would be to call Citizens. Once you call the online support asks to be connected to a US based representative. They were able to help me finally resolve my problem. For some reason they periodically have an issue with their servers (they have many different ones).
