We have no way of knowing whether a Home & Business version of Quicken Mac is on the development roadmap or not. Because Home & Business features are built on top of the core Quicken functionality, they couldn't have tackled such a project until they rounded out the feature set of Quicken Deluxe first. (Why add invoicing, for instance, until you could produce and income statement and balance sheet?) The other key question for the Quicken brain trust is whether they believe there are enough people who would pay the additional cost for Home & Business to justify investing thousands of hours of programmer time it would take to create.
That said, your best option for running Home & Business on a Mac right now is to install Virtual Machine software, such as Parallels or Fusion, on your Mac, install Windows in the VM, and install Quicken Windows Home & Business. Another option, if you still have a Window machine is to run H&B on that computer and access it via screen sharing software from the Mac.
