Duplicate transactions from USAA

Hi,
I am experiencing duplicate downloads when i refresh my Quicken to receive the latest downloads. It like it doesn't recognize that the transactions have already been downloaded.
My Imac is pretty old, no updates. Currently running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6.
My Quicken is Quicken Deluxe 2020 v5.18.12

You and lots of other Quicken users. Try searching for the title of your post: "Duplicate transactions from USAA".
