Citi - Quick Pay Incorrect Payment Amount [Edited]

Citi changed my quick pay amount to a minimum payment this month. It's been working fine for years. Terry

Same thing happened to me. Had to pay remainder on citi web site.

Thanks to your engagement, we were able to identify the root of this issue and have since resolved this behavior. Going forward, the statement balance for Citi should be accurate.
