I keep getting message that my Capital bill has been successfully added but the next amount due is not available and I should try again later. Its NEVER aavailable.

Jean,
Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having difficulties with your Capital One biller. There seems to have been a bit of confusion. Capital One account instance(s) are available for downloading transactions. However, Capital One as an online biller is no longer supported. If you have attempted to add it as an online biller it will not properly update the information and seem indefinitely unavailable. Again, I apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience this has caused.
