GE reverse stock split messed up

After the reverse stock split with GE - transactions downloaded from Ameritrade.
Quicken has lost any cost basis (now reporting as zero) and Gain/Loss = Market Value
It does have the correct number of shares.
How can I fix this?

Hi @Michael Tissington
The stock split was a 1 for 8 split on 8/2/21. Does that show up as a transaction in your Quicken Ameritrade account? Was it recorded as shown below?
If not, you should delete whatever "split entry" was made and manually make the entry shown above. Also, you may have to adjust for any fractional shares, which would be a separate transaction which should also be a download from your brokerage account.
Let me know if you have any followup questions.

It didn't help - did not capture my tax lot information and the cost basis of the new "Reg Shs" shows as zero.-1
