New Issue - Download Problem with Chase Credit Accounts

No error message received, transaction downloads are not coming through. checked all passwords, etc.

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having difficulties downloading your transactions. Since no error code is present I would recommend de/reactivating the affected account(s) and attempted to update again. If no transactions are downloaded please create a test file and add your Chase account(s).
