Hi @joanwolcott ,
Before clicking Update Now, after entering your Vault Password, click on Settings to make sure that Wells Fargo is checked to be updated. It may have become unchecked or being shown as not checked.

Wells Fargo was okay. I have always updated using the "circle" on the accounts page. Following your advice went to "Accounts" then selected "Update All On Line Accounts." (Never entered a Vault Password ...not familiar with that) SUCCESS on the up to date downloads!0
